Thea Everett is a Deputy Editor at delicious. Magazine, where she has been writing about food (as well as producing recipes) for 5 years. She has written freelance for the Guardian, Vittles and the Financial Times.

Thea runs a popular Substack ‘What's That You're Cooking, Thea?’ in which she shares recipes and interviews celebrities such as comedians Lolly Adefope, and Rose Matafeo, BAFTA nominees Aimee Lou Wood and Paapa Essiedu, and authors Monica Heisy and Megan Nolan about their food quirks.

Leaving home at 18, Thea spent 4 years living in Melbourne where an incredible restaurant scene sparked a love of food that would become her career. She then spent years working as a cheesemonger in London - resulting in a particular interest in cooking with cheese, the universally popular ingredient.
